D’Amore Interiors – 475 S. Broadway. Denver, CO 80209
D’Amore Interiors is simply the best design firm around. They’ve won multiple national and international awards, and continue to push the limits of design. One of the most impressive stats – 80% of their business comes from repeat clients. There’s a reason for that. After speaking to multiple previous clients, some common themes kept coming up: “They actually listen to our wants and needs” — “Their creativity and ability to think outside the box is unmatched” — “one-of-a-kind products and design ideas”. These are all versions of recurring comments that I heard. D’Amore has two different divisions of their company. The first would be their showroom. They have almost 19,000 square feet of furniture, accessories, rugs, art, lighting and more. No appointment needed; open Tuesday-Saturday 10-5. Bryan is the showroom manager and also has a great eye for design. Very calm demeanor and very helpful. Not pushy whatsoever. The second division would be the Design Boss portion. This is a mother-daughter duo who are both extremely talented. Gina (daughter) focuses more on new builds/construction/remodels and will also help with furniture. Marilyn (mother) does mainly furniture project and will also helps with smaller remodel jobs. They started D’Amore interiors 43 years ago at a flea market in South Florida – selling hand painted pillows and bedspreads. It’s a truly unbelievable story and their family business is still thriving and growing to this day. They travel anywhere US and abroad with for their services. As of December 2022, they were just finishing nee builds in Utah, Colorado, and Texas – and just starting a full home remodel in Florida. D’Amore Interiors is currently accepting new clients.

TKP Architects is an award-winning architecture firm specializing in high-end custom homes and residential remodeling. There were a few Architects who made the final cut, and after doing extensive research on each of them, TKP stood out from the rest. With four decades of experience and a passionate team of creative minds, TKP Architects has earned a reputation for designing homes that are beautiful, comfortable, and personal. They are truly a luxury architectural firm, providing services for some of the most amazing homes in Colorado and beyond. Erin was my main contact there. She didn’t know who I was at first, and still gave me her time and attention as if i was a multi-million dollar home owner. They can help with any style of project.Their hands-on approach to collaborating with clients is one of the things I loved most. Every one of the previous clients I reached out to mentioned how patient and accommodating TKP was during the process. They are one of the few firms I’ve spoken to who truly care about their client and the end result. It’s honestly not about dollars – it’s about creating a great experience for their clients. Kirella Homes – Denver Metro & South Denver
Kirella Homes is one of those hidden gems we’re extremely happy to have found. They don’t do a ton of advertising, and you probably won’t see them on the first page of google. They let their work speak for itself. The overwhelming reason they win the best builder award is the people. The Owner, Kent, is incredibly friendly and very down to earth. Many of the subcontractors have been with Kent for over 10 years, and most of them are cross-trained to do whatever is needed in the home building process. One of the homeowners we spoke to couldn’t say enough great things about them. Her favorite part was that Kirella had built their 12,000 sq. ft. home in just 6 months. That’s unheard of, especially in today’s day and age of constant delays. Their communication and proactive approach to problem solving is one of the many reasons they are on the top of the list. At Kirella Homes It’s about creating spaces where you and your family can thrive and flourish. It’s about achieving a shared dream: a home that you are proud to live in and out Kirella’s name on. A name that means a lot to them. Kirella comes from combining the names of the owner’s two daughters: Kirsten and Ella, and signifies their family’s commitment to yours, to build the best home possible! Kirella does have a couple new builds in the works currently, but they are still able to take on new clients and are about a month out for any new jobs – as of late December 2022.
